Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Availability:
We ship to all domestic and international locations.

Shipping time takes from 6-12 working days to receive at your desired address.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note that we only ship Monday to Friday.

Delivery Time:
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination. Due to the large size of the product and the high volume of orders, shipping times may be slightly longer than usual. However, your order will be delivered within the time frames provided below:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days (6-12 days for the United States)
  • Priority Shipping: 4-7 business days (Currently unavailable)

If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected time frames, we will refund the delivery fees and offer you a $100 store credit.

Tracking Information:
Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking code to be updated in our system. If you don’t receive the tracking number immediately, rest assured it will be available soon.

Out of Stock Items:
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide a new estimated delivery date or offer alternative options.

Damaged or Lost Items:
For damaged or lost shipments, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
