1. Returns

At Milopes, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

1.1 Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Process

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@milopes.com and include the following details:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

1.3 Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

1.4 Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
